To fix a CTSchedule problem we added a tick to the tickbox that states ‘Run this program as an administrator’ in the compatibility tab in the properties of the desktop shortcut. If this is left on the OCS Explorer will lose it’s network shares. CTSchedule_ocs Problem In OCS
When trying to use Explorer in OCS the following screen pops up. This is because a new ActiveX component was included in this version of OCS. So to get around this we need to register the component with Administrator rights. This sometimes doesn’t work so we need to open the program as an Administrator.
