In the event there are server issues on the vessel’s Intel server, you may be required to submit server logs to Intel engineers
Installing the Intel® System Information Retrieval Utility
Download the Utility from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26991/System-Information-Retrieval-Utility-SysInfo-?v=t
Format a USB drive as FAT32 and create a folder sysinfo
Extract the files to your hard drive and copy the files in the folder UEFI into the sysinfo folder of the USB
On the server change the boot order to UEFI/EFI boot
Stick in the USB and restart the server
When the EFI prompt appears type fs0:
Then at the fs0: prompt type cd sysinfo – to change the directory from root to sysinfo
Then type sysinfo.efi
The logs are saved in the folder on the USB – System logs
