To fix a CTSchedule problem we added a tick to the tickbox that states ‘Run this program as an administrator’ in the compatibility tab in the properties of the desktop shortcut. If this is left on the OCS Explorer will lose it’s network shares. The original idea of adding the tick to the box was so that the system could run in Administrator mode, but this needs only to be done once. After the program has been loaded for the first time the tick can come out. Then the network drives will return.
