When trying to use Explorer in OCS the following screen pops up.

This is because a new ActiveX component was included in this version of OCS. So to get around this we need to register the component with Administrator rights. This sometimes doesn’t work so we need to open the program as an Administrator. This is done by right clicking on the desktop icon and choosing ‘Properties’.

Then click the ‘Compatibility’ tab.

At the bottom of the page click the tickbox that states ‘Run this program as an administrator’.
