On occasion users get an NDR on sending an email

Resolution

There is no resolution!  This is a known fault that relates to having a BES5 server in an Exchange 2013 environment

Reference

I have spent many hours talking to Microsoft and Blackberry and is it not resolved. Error is [0x80040401-0x80040401-0x0003ee].) and I have reported it to MS. The Exchange team in charge reply to us that it’s a known bug in the product and it’s not intended to be corrected in the current Exchange version. They’ve also mentioned that issue has to do with the BB servers being present in the Exchange environment.
