Blackberry Not Sending or Receiving E-Mails

Firstly check to see if there are any errors.

  • Firewall
  • Take a look at the bottom for errors.

If needed remove the services books.

  • Options
  • Device
  • Advanced System Settings
  • Service Book
  • Delete (Desktop [CMIME])

Resend the services books.

  • Log onto the Blackberry web console.
  • Find user.
  • Resend Service Books To A Device

Remove the battery and sim card for 30 seconds. Replace them both, check the service books are back and then test by sending and receiving e-mails.
