Add Users To A Pickup Group On The Mitel Phone System
- Add the user to the appropriate Hunt Group under , Favourite, Hunt Groups.
- From View choose ‘On-Line Monitor’. This will give more options in the users phone setup.
- Find the users phone by scrolling down in the left hand pane until you find their number.
- Click the cross beside the number and you will see ‘Speed Dial Numbers’. Click this.
- In the right pane look for line 10.
- Beside it you need to type in 4 (for the option to make this button a pick up button. Then the number for the group. For example if the group is 1010 then you should see ’10 41010’ on that line.
