Access via Tablet/Mobile Device
The application is available for Android and IPhone. The screenshots show the install from an IPhone. It has been tested from an Android device and the options/setup are the same process.

On your device browser navigate to http://govirtual.indigoforward.com/scopia/mt/sealion (Fig1).
You must install the app to use Virtual Meeting Room. An error will occur if you try to “Participate Now” without installing the app. (Apple device “Cannot Open Page – Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.”)
Click on the “AppStore“ or “Google Play” link on the website to get the app or search for “Scopia” in the stores. The app should look like the picture in Fig2 using the same Icon and developer details.
Once the app is installed you will be asked for Scopia Desktop Server and login credentials.
Enter http://govirtual.indigoforward.com/scopia/mt/sealion as the Scopia Desktop Server and leave the login credentials blank. (Fig3)
Enter the meeting ID which will be “66900”. You will hear music until the leader/moderator of the call joins.
Once in the app you will see yourself and the other participants in the call. You can change cameras and turn off microphones etc by choosing the options from the top of the screen. Smartphones have less screen space than tablets so you may need to touch on the screen to show the options at the top of the screen.
Accessing via PC Browser – Installing PC Client
To use the Virtual Meeting room from a PC/Laptop a app must be installed via the web browser. We have used chrome in our examples so screenshots may vary but the install instructions should be the same.
In a browser navigate to http://govirtual.indigoforward.com/scopia/mt/sealion
Enter your Name (we have used “test” as an example”) and the meeting ID which is “66900”
If you have used the client before or have it installed it will load and you have completed the steps required to use the Sealion Virtual Meeting Room.
If this is the first time you have tried to use the “scopia” videoconference application you will be notified that you need to install the client on your laptop.
Click on the “Download” button at the bottom of the screen
Once Downloaded double click to install.
The client will now show under the start menu.
At this point you should restart your internet browser . (Chrome/IE/Firefox)
Click on the button “Do not show this message again” and click on the “X” to close the message.
Enter the details again and click on “Participate Now”
The program will load and launch the viewing screen where you will be able to see all participants in the virtual room.
