To resolve issue: when Blackberry does not reconcile with the desktop.

1. Go to “Message” then click blackberry icon and select “Options”
2. Select “Email Reconciliation”
3. Change Delete on so that “ Mailbox + Handheld “ is showing
4. Exit
5. Save
6. Email Reconciliation
7. Turn Wireless Reconcile to OFF
8. Exit
9. Save continue
10. Select Email Reconciliation
11. Turn Wireless Reconcile to ON
12. Exit
13. Save
