Switch on the Video Conference System.
Switch on the TV and choose the AV option. (Top right button of remote control), select component from list if not already done.

From the Menu choose “Directory”

Choose “Favourites”

Select the “Sealion Virtual Meeting Room”

The meeting room will be dialled and you will be greeted with a screen below.

Music will play until you as the moderator, start the call.

Using the Polycom remote control press the  #  button.

A numeric keypad will appear in the top left of the screen allowing you to use the keypad on the Polycom Remote Control.

Enter * and 1 on video conference remote control.

Now enter the moderator ID xxxx to open the meeting room and start the meeting.  This is only done by the moderator.

Once the call has taken place and is finished the system must be closed down properly to avoid the call being left open.

Whilst still in the virtual meeting room press the  #  and the  *  on the video conference remote.

An on screen Moderator Menu will appear.  Press 5 on the video conference remote to terminate the meeting.

You should receive the following once call has disconnected.
