\t\t\t\tSwitch on the Video Conference System.
\nSwitch on the TV and choose the AV option. (Top right button of remote control), select component from list if not already done.<\/em><\/p>\n

From the Menu choose \u201cDirectory<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Choose \u201cFavourites<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Select the \u201cSealion Virtual Meeting Room<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

The meeting room will be dialled and you will be greeted with a screen below.<\/p>\n

Music will play until you as the moderator, start the call.<\/p>\n

Using the Polycom remote control press the\u00a0 #<\/strong>\u00a0 button.<\/p>\n

A numeric keypad will appear in the top left of the screen allowing you to use the keypad on the Polycom Remote Control.<\/p>\n

Enter * and 1 on video conference remote control.<\/p>\n

Now enter the moderator ID xxxx<\/b>\u00a0to open the meeting room and start the meeting.\u00a0 This is only done by the moderator.<\/p>\n

Once the call has taken place and is finished the system must be closed down properly to avoid the call being left open.<\/p>\n

Whilst still in the virtual meeting room press the \u00a0# <\/strong>\u00a0and the \u00a0* <\/strong>\u00a0on the video conference remote.<\/p>\n

An on screen Moderator Menu will appear.\u00a0 Press 5<\/strong> on the video conference remote to terminate the meeting.<\/p>\n

You should receive the following once call has disconnected.<\/p>\n
