Normally there are no errors.<\/p>\n<p>If there is an Error \u2013 open the attachment (report.html) and scroll through the pages to isolate where a test has failed.<\/p>\n<p>There is a test that checks emails can be retrieved from a given repository. It may inform you that the \u201cRepository Retrieval Test (Repository_Name) has failed. Clicking on this entry shows the status \u201cACSS_SEARCH_NO_INDEX\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Using the ArchiveOne Admin Console, select the policy node \u201cMailbox Repositories\u201d. Here you will notice that the failed repository \u201cRepository_Name\u201d has disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>Check the actual location on the E drive and you will see repository still exists.<\/p>\n<p>You will need to follow the steps below to recreate the missing Index reference.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using BR_Year_2011 as an example of a missing Repository Index<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the admin console select Mailbox Repositories \u2013 in RHS window right click and select New Mailbox Repository. Enter the name of the missing repository eg. BR_Year_2011<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1568\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"365\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next, select None (Third Party Storage), Next<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1569\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"463\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Browse to the E drive and select the missing repository name (ie BR_Year_2011) and the Index folder, Next<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1570\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now browse and select the same folder for the temp files. Next<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1571\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"314\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Browse the missing repository name and select the Archive folder for the archive files. Next<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1572\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"457\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Check the default Control archiving rate. Next<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1573\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Index6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"457\" height=\"318\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Retention set to Infinite.
