So to get around this we need to register the component with Administrator rights. This sometimes doesn&#8217;t work so we need to open the program as an Administrator. This is done by right clicking on the desktop icon and choosing &#8216;Properties&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Then click the &#8216;Compatibility&#8217; tab.<\/p>\n<p>At the bottom of the page click the tickbox that states &#8216;Run this program as an administrator&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1346\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"550\" \/><\/a>\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When trying to use Explorer in OCS the following screen pops up. &nbsp; This is because\u00a0a new ActiveX component was included in this version of OCS.
