Instead you get plain boxes with red crosses in them. You have turned on the option in Outlook to automatically download these images and yet they still don&#8217;t appear.<\/p>\n<p>This is usually due to you &#8220;Temporary Internet Files&#8221; area filling up.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0&#8220;Temporary Internet Files&#8221; area has a restricted size allocation and can reach it&#8217;s limit. Deleting the\u00a0&#8220;Temporary Internet Files&#8221; quite often doesn&#8217;t resolve the problem. What you need to do is to move the\u00a0&#8220;Temporary Internet Files&#8221; location and then move them back.<\/p>\n<p>To do this open Internet Explorer and go to &#8216;Internet Options&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>On the General Tab choose, Settings in the Browsing History section.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1341\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"543\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will see the option to &#8216;Move Folder&#8217;. In here choose an obvious location such as &#8216;C:\\temp&#8217;. Your PC will move the files and then reboot.<\/p>\n<p>Your downloadable pictures will now work but the new location probably isn&#8217;t the best. So go into\u00a0Internet Explorer and go to &#8216;Internet Options&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>On the General Tab choose, Settings in the Browsing History section.<\/p>\n<p>When you see the option to &#8216;Move Folder&#8217;. Choose somewhere where it&#8217;s out of the way. Such as\u00a0 &#8216;C:\\Users\\(Username)\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft&#8217;.
