There are a couple of things that need to be in place before we can do this.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly is the sim setup to handle Blackberry Data?<\/p>\n<p>Secondly is the E-Mail Setup Application at version 7.11.0525.0810 or above.<\/p>\n<p>Lets assume that the E-Mail Setup Application is older that the version required.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the device goto the webpage http:\/\/&lt;carrier&gt;.blackberry.com\/rest\/EmailClient\/ (In our case the carrier is vodafone).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_171813-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1309\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_171813-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Download the update and reboot the Blackberry.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Wi-Fi connection is off and the Mobile Network connection is on.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_172300.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1310\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_172300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>On the Blackberry go to &#8216;Messages&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Then press the Blackberry Menu Key and choose &#8216;Options&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Then scroll down to &#8216;Email Account Management&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_172715.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1311\" src=\"http:\/\/help.sealionshipping.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20171010_172715.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once there you will be asked what type of account this will be.
